My first gain. Boo. Considering my circumstances of getting my wisdom teeth removed and being on my period, I am actually very happy with this number. I only gained a pound and I may or may not have lived off of milkshakes for a couple of days. The only way my mouth didn't hurt was when it was numb. I am also used to chasing Ella around and I had a lot of help and laid on the couch a lot. This is real life and every week can't be perfect. I have learned to let go of perfect even though it can sometimes be a struggle. I don't regret my milkshakes even if there were healthier options out there. It has only motivated me to work harder this week after my "break." I am so ready and excited. :)

good luck!!
As a blog stalker of yours, I wanted to let you know that you encouraged me to join Weight Watchers again. I lost almost 50 lbs on it 2 years ago, and haven't gained that back! With just about 25 more to lose, I decided to try again after watching you!
Thanks for the inspiration!
